To close an agreement in the system after a customer returns a car, follow these steps:
1. Complete the Inspection In Section
The system will automatically take you to the INSPECTION IN section when you open the agreement.
Action: Fill out the KM and FUEL parts. Always take the exact KM reading from the vehicle's dashboard.
Validation: If the vehicle has a GPS transponder, the KM and FUEL readings should appear automatically. It is still best practice to validate that these numbers match the dashboard display.
Damages: This is also where you will add pictures if the vehicle has returned with new damages.
2. Apply Charges
Move down to the Charges section and apply any appropriate charges to the client.
3. Close the Agreement
Hit the Close button. The agreement is now officially closed.
