Pro and Pro+ users can see upcoming appointments directly in the planner, with the ability to view details and convert them into agreements with a single click—saving time and reducing manual entry.

A new search field has been added to the Telematics Center, making it easier to find specific VIN, IMEI or statuses.
Quick Access via Vehicle Page
You can now open the Telematics Center directly from a vehicle’s page by clicking on its IMEI number. This provides a faster, more intuitive workflow.

Telematics Center
We’re excited to introduce the Telematics Center in the Fleetlane app! This new feature empowers fleet managers to monitor telematics devices in real time and effortlessly manage VIN operations.
Manual Payment Entry Toggle
A new toggle has been added under Contactless Payment Settings: Manual Entry of Payment Details. When enabled, agreements will now allow you to manually enter credit card information as well as request contactless payment information.

Contactless Payment Requests
You can enable Contactless Payment Requests, which allows your customers to provide their payment information via a security customer portal. This feature is optional and designed to complement payment capture, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your business.

Check-in Signature
Starting today, you can now request a secondary signature during vehicle check-in on the originally signed agreement. This additional step provides extra security and confirmation that the client personally returned the vehicle.
