• Status Monitoring – Check the real-time status of each device to ensure smooth operations.
• Event Tracking – Access the last event date, time, and associated VIN for accurate fleet insights.
• Vehicle Management – Need to disconnect a vehicle? Do it manually with just a tap.
• Assign VIN Operation – Ensure proper VIN recognition and device association with the Assign VIN functionality.
💡The Assign VIN functionality is currently only available upon request, contact our team to get it activated.
What are the different statuses?
Tag | Status | Description |
| Connected | Device is online, associated to a vehicle and receiving data |
| Disconnected | Device is no longer associated to a vehicle or has not received data in the past 90 days |
| Ready to connect | Device has not received data and is not associated to vehicle |
| Waiting for VIN | Device is online and waiting to be associated to a vehicle |
