Monitor your fleet and operations using the Dashboard

Using the Dashboard tab, you can review real-time information about the vehicles in your fleet, such as the rate at which the vehicles are in use and the revenue generated from agreements.

The Dashboard tab can be used to monitor your active fleet and financial metrics from a central location. With this feature, you can review at-a-glance the number of vehicles in various statuses. In addition, administrators can use various graphs to review information such as revenue and utilization. Each section is updated in real-time as the status of agreements change, allowing you to continuously monitor day-to-day operations.

Note - This feature is only available for users with the role of Admin.

Monitor vehicles in your active fleet

Using the Vehicles in your Active Fleet section, you can easily identify how many vehicles in your active fleet are in a particular status, such as vehicles that are available for agreements or currently on open agreements. In addition, you can drill down to view a list of vehicles in a particular status.

The following cards display in this section.

  • Available. This card displays the number of vehicles in the fleet that are currently available to be added to an agreement.

  • Departing Today. This card displays the number of vehicles reserved on agreements that are scheduled to be opened on the current day.

  • On Loan. This card displays the number of vehicles assigned to open agreements.

  • Expected Return Today. This card displays the number of vehicles on open agreements that are scheduled to be returned by the customer on the current day.

To display a list of the vehicles counted on a card, simply click the corresponding View button. The Vehicles screen displays with a list of the corresponding vehicles.

Review financial information and vehicle utilization

Using the Analytics section, you are able to easily review financial metrics and operation statistics using various graphs.

Information can be displayed on the graphs for a variety of time frames. To select a time frame, simply click the corresponding button at the top of the section.

The following graphs display in this section.

  • Total Agreements Opened. This graph displays the number of agreements opened during each interval throughout the selected time frame. In addition, the total number of agreements opened during the selected time frame displays at the top of the graph.

  • Total Gross Revenue. This graph displays the total gross profit generated during each interval throughout the selected time frame. In addition, the total gross profit generated during the selected time frame displays at the top of the graph.

  • Total Net Revenue. This graph displays the total net profit generated during each interval throughout the selected time frame. In addition, the total net profit generated during the selected time frame displays at the top of the graph.

  • Fleet Utilization Rate. This graph displays the utilization rate of vehicles in the active fleet during each interval throughout the selected time frame. In addition, the total fleet utilization rate during the selected time frame displays at the top of the graph.

    Note - The utilization rate is calculated by dividing the time the vehicle is on an agreement by the time the vehicle is in the active fleet.

  • Active Fleet Utilization Rate by VIN. This table displays the utilization rate of vehicles in the active fleet during the selected time frame for individual vehicle identification numbers (VINs). Click the +# More button to display all vehicles in the active fleet.

  • Collected through Stripe®. This graph displays the total revenue after refunds generated from transactions that are processed with Stripe® during each interval throughout the selected time frame. In addition, the total revenue collected through Stripe® during the selected time frame displays at the top of the graph.

Hover the mouse cursor over a graph to display a tooltip with the value for the corresponding interval.
