Only ADMIN users can manage user permissions. Other user roles will not have the right to take action on this.
There are several different user types to choose from depending on the role and responsibilities of the user within your organization. Here are the differences for each one and how to use them.
Normal user with access to all the features of the app but cannot access the Settings page to configure or make changes to the account
Normal user with access to all the features AND the Settings page to configure or make changes to the account. The Admin can manage everything in the account.
Viewer (Pro Plan and Pro Plus)
This user only has access to the Planner view.
Driver (only available in Pro Plus Plan)
This user only has access to the Valet tab and can only manage their trips. They have no access to the loaner car management portion of the software.
How to add, delete or modify a User?
Go to the SETTINGS tab
(you must be an ADMIN to see this tab in your account)
Click on the Users tab
From here, you can take the action of:
Adding a new user
Setting the user type
Deleting a user
Resending an invitation (if they have not received the email or lost it in their inbox)
