How to invite and manage users

Guide to invite, manage, and assign roles to users. Only admins can add, edit, or remove accounts.

User Roles Explained:


There are several different user types to choose from depending on the role and responsibilities of the user within your organization. Here are the differences for each one and how to use them.

User

Has access to all main features of the application, except the Settings tab.

Admin

Full access to all features including the Settings tab. Admins can add, edit, and remove users, as well as make changes to the system.

Viewer (available on Pro and Pro Plus plans)

Restricted to viewing the Planner only.


Driver (available on Pro Plus only)

Can only access the Valet tab and manage their own trips. No access to loaner car management or other features.


Adding, modifying and deleting users

⚠️ Important: Only user with Admin permissions can invite and manage user permissions. Other user roles will not have the right to take action on this.

1. Navigate to Settings

Click on SETTINGS

Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.

2. Open the Users Section

Click on Users

From the sidebar on the left, click Users.

3. View and Manage Accounts

You’ll see a list of current users with their permissions. From here you can:

  • Add a New User using the “Add Account” button

  • Edit a user’s role using the pencil icon

  • Delete a user

  • Resend an invitation if the user hasn’t accepted

4. Add a New User

Click on ADD ACCOUNT

Click + Add Account at the bottom of the user list.

Fill in the email address and assign the appropriate user role. The new user will receive an invitation via email.

💡 Check spam folders if the invite isn’t received.
