Pausing your subscription

Are you looking to pause your Fleetlane account because of a pause in activity in the service department due to low inventory or other uncontrollable circumstances?

We are here to help and have a solution.

An account can be paused for a maximum period of 3 months. During that time, users will no longer have access to the account as the service will be temporarily de-activated while no information will be deleted or lost.

Unless otherwise specified, the account will resume billing at the end of the maximum period of 3 months, or sooner if requested by the account Admin.

During the pause:

  • Users will not have access to the account

Therefore, no functions of the app can be used except, the monthly success report will keep being sent.

Important to note:

If you are renting GPS devices, devices you do not want to be charged for will have to be sent back otherwise the rental fees will continue to be charged monthly on the account.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel a subscription, please let us know what is not working for you as Fleetlane will always try its best to help you find a solution.

If however you wish to cancel immediately, our team will help you cancel the service. We will require the account administrator to each and make a request.

Modifying your subscription

Modifying your subscription can take a couple of different forms. Here are the ways you can modify your account subscription:

  • Adding the PLANNER (Scheduling calendar) to your account

  • Reduce or increase the size of your fleet

  • Add or remove GPS devices

  • Buy out your GPS devices when renting

  • Add daily DMS sync option

  • Change your term from monthly to annual (allows you to save 8% on your software fees)
