How do I access my invoices?

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access, log in, and manage invoices in the Chargebee invoicing portal.

Keeping track of your invoices is essential for managing your subscriptions and payments effectively. Fleetlane uses Chargebee which provides an easy-to-use invoicing portal where you can view, download, and manage your invoices. Follow the steps below to access your invoicing portal.

Step 1: Navigate to the Chargebee Invoicing Portal

  1. Open your web browser.

  2. Go to the Chargebee invoicing portal by entering the following URL in the address bar: https://beem.chargebee.com

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

  1. On the login page, enter your registered email address.

  2. If you have permissions to the billing portal, you will receive a login code via email. Otherwise, contact our team to sign-up.

Step 3: Access Your Invoices

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the Billing or Invoices section from the dashboard.

  2. Here, you will see a list of all your invoices, including details such as date, amount, and status.

  3. Click on an invoice to view its details.

  4. To download an invoice, click on the Download PDF button.

Step 4: Update Your Billing Information (If Needed)

  1. In the Billing Settings section, you can update your payment method, billing address, and other relevant details.

  2. Click Save after making changes.
