How do I access my payment method used for my Fleetlane subscription?

Keeping track of your payment method is essential for managing your subscriptions and payments effectively. Fleetlane uses Chargebee which provides an easy-to-use invoicing and payment method management portal where you can view, download, and manage your invoices and billing details. Follow the steps below to access your invoicing portal.

Step 1: Navigate to the Chargebee Invoicing Portal

  1. Open your web browser.

  2. Go to the Chargebee invoicing portal by entering the following URL in the address bar: http://fleetlane.chargebeeportal.com

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

  1. On the login page, enter your registered email address.

  2. If you have permissions to the billing portal, you will receive a login code via email. Otherwise, contact our team to sign-up.

Step 3: Update Your Billing Information

  1. In the Billing Settings section, you can update your payment method, billing address, and other relevant details.

  2. Click Save after making changes.
