In most cases deliverability issues are related to configuration issues with your e-mail provider.
As a first step, Contact your IT team and validate if you need to whitelist @fleetbybeem.com and @ fleetlane.com e-mail domains.
If either of these domains are blocked, ask your IT team to add them to the company whitelist.
If the @fleetbybeem.com and @ fleetlane.com are whitelisted already,ensure you can receive e-mails through it from another service (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, etc.). If you are using an on-premise Active Directory with Microsoft 365, verify that DBEB is properly configured to receive external e-mails.
