Troubleshooting

Following are basic troubleshooting steps you can perform to help resolve certain issues with your browser or PC that can affect the performance of the Fleetlane application.

  1. Refresh your current page by pressing the CTRL+SHIFT+R hot key combination.

  2. Sign out of the Fleetlane application, and then sign on again.

  3. Erase browser history and empty the browser cache.

    Note - Refer to your browser's support documentation for information about how to erase history and empty the cache.

  4. Try a different browser, such as Google® Chrome or Mozilla Firefox®.

  5. Restart your PC.

  6. Try a different PC.

  7. Contact your system administrator to verify your role permissions.

In your Email, include as many details as possible regarding the issue you are experiencing, including screenshots and a description of the troubleshooting steps you have

already performed.
